Order Process
We have a process in place to progress
your order from inception to completion.
So that your order of windows and doors reach site in a timely and professional manner. Eximia has a process in place to progress your order from inception to completion. We want you to have the best experience with Eximia and receive windows and doors that will last a lifetime.
The Process

Once you have placed your order with us, we will request a deposit we will then prepare a full set of working drawings and we work with you to ensure the design/specification is exactly what you envisaged.

When you are happy and have approved your designs/drawings we will the issue you with a final set of construction drawings for you to approve.

Once you have approved your construction issue drawings, we will forward them onto our suppliers to put your order into production for your new windows and doors to be made. At this point this is when your lead time begins and we can look at delivery dates.

Soon after the factory start producing your products, we will send you an estimated delivery date so you can start speaking to installers so everything runs smoothly. We want you to know how the production is going on your project periodically and will keep you informed if your delivery dates change.

In the week prior to your windows and doors arrive on site we will send you an invoice for the final balance of your products. Once this balance has been paid your products will be loaded/and packed securely for delivery ready for site installation.
